"I missed it." I hear it every week about Al Marjan Island. Usually from people who saw the cranes and assumed the opportunity had already happened.
A crane means it has not opened
The Wynn tower topped out in December 2025, and the resort is scheduled to open in September 2027. Cranes on this island are not a sign that you are late. They are a sign the main event has not happened yet.
Talk is free
"But everyone is already talking about the Wynn." Everyone talks before anyone buys. Talk costs nothing. A unit at today's price does not stay at today's price forever, and nobody can tell you exactly when it changes.
Every expensive address had a moment
Stand on this island in a few years and someone will tell you it used to be open water and a plan on a map. Every address that became expensive had a moment before it was obvious, when it still looked like a construction site and few people were paying attention.
My view, and I own it
This is opinion. Most people who say they missed something never actually looked. They assumed, and moved on. Looking costs you nothing.
But look properly
"Early" is not the same as "guaranteed". Prices here have already risen a long way since 2022, and the latest quarter was flat. Before you decide, read the honest answer on prices and compare the two projects in Nasim Al Bahr vs Wyndham.
