Wyndham Residences is the lowest branded entry on Al Marjan Island. The Luxury Collection at Nasim Al Bahr is the top of it. Both are minutes from the Wynn. They suit completely different buyers.

Wyndham suits you if
You want the lowest possible ticket into a branded building next to the Wynn, you are buying for rental income, and you are comfortable finishing your payments at handover in 2029. It is compact, furnished, and short-lets are allowed.
Nasim Al Bahr suits you if
You want a private bay, a bigger home, a single unit that clears the Golden Visa threshold, and a plan where half the price comes after you have the keys. You pay a branded premium per foot for all of that.
The honest trade-off
Wyndham gives you more space per dirham but is a smaller, studio-heavy building. Nasim Al Bahr gives you the address and the payment structure, at around twice the price per foot. Neither is "better." The right one depends on your budget, your timeline and whether residency matters to you.
