An expression of interest (EOI) at Wyndham Residences is AED 37,000, and it is fully credited to your down payment. It is not an extra cost. It is how you secure a unit before official sales offers are issued.
What happens, step by step
- You receive an official link and complete a short KYC form.
- You pay the AED 37,000 through the link or by transfer to the agency's corporate account. Never to an individual.
- You upload your payment confirmation to the same form, and your unit is allocated.
- When the project escrow account opens, you receive the official sales offer, and your EOI counts towards the 20% booking payment.
Why buy at EOI stage
At EOI stage you choose from the full inventory, before the best floors and views are gone. In a building with only 27 one-bedrooms, that choice matters.
What happens next
After the booking, the plan is 5% every five months up to month 30, then 50% at handover in Q1 2029. On a studio at AED 1,165,000, the 20% booking is AED 233,000, of which the EOI covers AED 37,000.
What to check before you pay
Ask for the unit number and price in writing, confirm how the EOI is refunded if the sale does not proceed, and confirm the escrow bank named for the project. Every payment after the EOI should go into the project escrow account.
